Terms of Use

Welcome to ArenaLive. These Terms of Use apply to your access to arenalive.stream, its basketball information pages, account tools, and related public services. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Content Policy. By choosing to use the website, you agree to follow these rules, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services.

These terms do not turn ArenaLive into a league organiser, broadcaster, or provider of third-party subscriptions. Some functions may have separate notices that apply to their specific use.

ArenaLive organises available basketball fixtures, live match status, scores, finished results, game details and links to verified official viewing destinations for fans in the Philippines. Match times are normally shown in Philippine Time (PHT, UTC+8). Some information may not be available for every competition or event.

Public match information may be browsed without creating an ArenaLive account, while account-related features may require registration or sign-in. Features and availability can change as our services and connected data providers evolve.

Match schedules, scores, match status and final results depend on data supplied through our connected sports providers, including, and on our local data processing. Games may be postponed, cancelled, corrected, rescheduled or temporarily missing information. A displayed LIVE or Final status may arrive later than the source event.

We seek to provide useful, accurate information but cannot promise instant updates or error-free coverage. If a score, tip-off time or match identity matters for an important decision, please also check the relevant competition organiser or another authoritative source. You can report a suspected correction through our Contact page; we review supporting details before changing factual event data.

ArenaLive may list TV channels and streaming platforms after their viewing information has been verified for the relevant league or match. Links normally take you to services operated by third parties, not to video hosted by ArenaLive. A listing does not mean we own broadcasting rights, endorse every offer made by that provider, or guarantee the game can be watched from your location.

The provider determines geographic availability, subscriptions, access requirements, payment conditions and viewing quality. Please review its official terms before paying or sharing personal information. Availability can change after a link has been checked; an unavailable or unverified service may be omitted.

Some website features are available only to registered users. When registering, provide information that is accurate and that you are permitted to use. Keep your password and login credentials confidential, sign out on shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not request that our support team receive passwords or one-time verification codes by email.

If you experience problems with registration, password recovery or account access, contact us using the official support address below. Account access may be temporarily limited when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the platform, in accordance with applicable law.

Use ArenaLive lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the service. You must not attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, impersonate others, manipulate event data, submit malicious code, or interfere with availability. Do not use contact forms to send spam, threats or deceptive requests.

Automated activity that overloads our systems, evades rate limits or attempts to collect private account information is not permitted. These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary, compliant search-engine crawling of public pages. We may take proportionate steps to address misuse, subject to applicable legal requirements.

ArenaLive's original site layout, written explanations, and independently created materials may be protected by intellectual property law. You may use publicly visible match information for normal personal reference, but this does not grant rights to reproduce protected site materials, interfere with the website, or misrepresent our content as your own.

Competition names, team names, logos, player images, trademarks, footage and third-party data may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance for factual identification does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an ownership claim by ArenaLive. For content-rights questions or takedown enquiries, use our Contact page and Content Policy.

External broadcasters, app destinations, payment services (where independently offered), and other linked websites operate under their own policies and terms. ArenaLive does not control their pricing, registration requirements, regional restrictions, reliability or privacy practices. You should decide whether to use those external services based on their current official information.

Our website may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security work, hosting problems or upstream data delays. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

We may update website functionality and these Terms of Use to reflect new features, operational changes or legal requirements. The revised text and its Last Updated date will appear on this page. Where applicable law requires specific notice or consent for material changes, we will follow those requirements.

The Last Updated date is set when the policy text is published. Continued use of a service after an applicable update may be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If you have questions about these Terms of Use, account rules, basketball match data, official viewing listings or content rights, you can reach the ArenaLive support team at the email address displayed below. Include the relevant game page or information when submitting a correction, but do not send your password or other sensitive credentials.

For details about personal data and privacy rights, please read our Privacy Policy. For rights and content notices, see our Content Policy. Information about the actual website operator and any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions should only be added when those facts have been independently confirmed.
