Our Commitment to Accurate Information
ArenaLive provides basketball match information for fans in the Philippines. We aim to display accurate fixtures, live status, available scores and final results from connected sources. Reports of mistakes help us identify information that needs another check.
We assess the evidence available and make corrections where appropriate. We cannot guarantee instant or error-free coverage of every competition, but we do not invent missing results or treat unconfirmed visitor submissions as official match facts.
What You Can Report
You can report an incorrect score, tip-off time, match status, team or fixture identity, final result, or an inaccurate or unavailable official viewing destination. Please describe the specific field, where you saw it, and what you believe is wrong.
An official competition notice or trustworthy source link can help us check the report, but a source link is optional. We welcome good-faith reports even when you cannot identify the original data provider.

How to Report an Error
First, open the affected match page and copy its address, usually under /games/{match-slug}/. Next, identify the field that seems wrong and explain the discrepancy. Include the expected value or a source link if you have one.
Use our Contact form and choose Match Data Correction. The match-page URL field is optional, but including it helps us find the precise event. You may also email [email protected]. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or unrelated personal data.
How We Review Corrections
We compare a report with available source information and relevant competition records. ArenaLive uses TheSports and Kadario within their permitted data scopes. Each provider's original Match ID is kept separate; a similarly named team or fixture is not sufficient evidence to combine two records.
We check the exact event before changing scores or match status. Viewing destinations follow our separate Broadcast Rights verification rules. A contact submission never directly edits the WordPress match database or grants a platform Verified status.
Live Scores and Delayed Updates
Live scores can lag behind the actual game when source updates are delayed or unavailable. Some leagues and matches have partial coverage, and a blank or delayed score does not necessarily mean play has stopped.
We do not create fictional scores to fill gaps. Where we lack reliable confirmation, an event may keep the last supported value or show limited information until source data is available.
Corrections to Finished Matches
Completed games remain accessible at their existing /games/{match-slug}/ URLs. If a trustworthy source later corrects a final score, status or result, we aim to update the information on that same match record.
We do not delete and recreate a match page merely because its status changes from Upcoming to LIVE to Final, or because a historical result needs correction. Event identity and permanent URLs are distinct from changing match data.
Correction Requests and Review Outcomes
After review, we may correct the identified value, add context, request more details or leave it unchanged if the evidence does not support a revision. In some cases we must wait for a provider or organiser to confirm the information.
Not every report results in a change, and submission does not guarantee a personal response or a fixed completion time. Reports about third-party images, logos or ownership may be referred to the copyright review process instead.
Contact and Policy Updates
For questions about scores, schedules, final results or correction requests, contact [email protected] or use the Match Data Correction category on our Contact page. Include the affected ArenaLive URL and a concise explanation whenever possible.
Our Content Policy explains editorial standards; our Copyright Notice explains rights complaints. We may update this Corrections Policy when data sources, editorial practices or review procedures change. The Last Updated date reflects a published policy revision, not an automatic plugin upgrade.
